The seam-sealed oscillators are RoHS- and REACH-compliant with gold terminations. Both series feature an output load of 15 pF (HCMOS), a start-up time of 10 mS and a standby current of 10 uA as well as output disable and enable times of 100 nS and 10 mS, respectively.
